Organization: Cargo United Corporation

Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Background: Cargo United Corporation had a long history of a toxic culture, poor management, and low employee morale. Therefore, they have recently hired a new CEO and undergone culture change measures. After your first 90 days, you are sharing some thoughts and insights about organization culture and effectiveness with the team via an executive memo. The following should all be addressed:
What were the primary reasons you found for the culture issues?

What will be the benefits of an improved culture specific to organizational effectiveness?
Share examples of two companies that are known for having an exceptional culture and organizational effectiveness (must include citations that align with your choice, and they must be less than 2 years old).
